To whomever it may concern,
I am writing this letter in support of the services of ASC Security and Craig Paul who have been providing security services to our home and two of our neighbor’s homes since March 2023.
We live on San Remo Drive, Pacific Palisades. Earlier this year, we were alerted by one of our neighbors to an individual who appeared to be casing our houses. Following this event, I contacted ASC Security along with a few other firms to enquire about retaining guard services to guard our house and two of our adjacent neighbor’s houses. We selected ASC security because we felt they offered a superior service
to the other firms we had contacted. Their pricing was competitive, credentials and insurances excellent but most importantly, we were impressed by Craig and by the way he staffs his client’s jobs. An important differentiating factor is that Craig selects the guards himself according to his client’s needs.
ASC does not swap out its guards regularly or assign guards for temporary shifts. The guards are more or less permanent which means that they have come to know our families and our homes very well and we have established a relationship of trust and excellent communication with our guards. Our guards are always on time, alert, professional and exceedingly discreet and courteous to us and to our guests. We truly feel safer having them at our home. When my husband travels, I no longer worry about being left alone. The guards have proven to be a genuine deterrent to criminal incidents happening on our properties. When the have seen suspicious individuals around our properties, they have appropriately intervened and reported to us in a timely manner what they have observed.
They also offer to assist above and beyond what they are required to do – whether it be helping carry large packages, bringing in our deliveries and mail when we are not home and handing over keys/buzzers to guests. They are genuinely kind and affable people.
Craig Paul is always responsive to text and email – no matter what time of day. He truly cares about his clients and goes out of his way to ensure we are satisfied with the services his guards provide. He keeps us up to date on incidents happening in and around our neighborhood and has helped us with the staffing of guards for events at our home and special events outside our home. Importantly, from time to time, Craig will send an unannounced supervisor to check on our guards and ensure they are undertaking their surveillance to his high standards.
I cannot recommend ASC Security enough. Craig and his guards have exceeded our expectations.
